Doctor of History, Professor

Doctor of History (1986), Candidate of Philosophy (1971), Professor (1989). Specialist in Sociology of Management, Political Science, Social and Cultural and Educational Work.

She was born on September 26, 1933 in the village of Khoromsk, Stolin district, Brest Region.

She graduated from Pinsk Pedagogical College named after A.S. Pushkin (1953), Belarusian State University named after V.I. Lenin (1960), Minsk Higher Party School (1964), Academy of Social Sciences with the Central Committee of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union (1971).

Her work activity began in 1951 in the editorial board of regional paper Polesskaya Pravda. After abolition of Polessje Region and editorial board of the regional paper she worked in district papers Chyrvony Stsiag (David-Gorodok) and Leninsky Shliakh (Stolin) (1954-1957). Since 1957 she worked for Comsomol and the Party as First Secretary of Stolin District Committee of Lenin Communist Youth League of Belarus; Head of the Department of Brest Region Committee of Lenin Communist Youth League of Belarus; Secretary of Brest Region Committee of Lenin Communist Youth League of Belarus (1957-1961); Secretary of Pinsk City Committee of Party (1964-1968). In 1968 she entered postgraduate course of the Academy of Social Sciences with the Central Committee of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union and graduated in 1971 having defended the thesis of the Candidate of Philosophy. From 1971 to 1987 she worked in the apparatus of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union: lecturer, head of the sector of massive political work of the department of propaganda and agitation, Deputy Head of Department of Culture of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union.

Since February 1987 she has been working in education: Head of the Department of Minsk Higher Party School (1987-1991), she has been Professor of Social Sciences Department of the Belarusian State University since 1991.

Sociology of Management, Political Science, Management and Marketing, Social and Cultural and Educational Work.

She is member of board and presidium of Republican Government and Social Association Belarusian Society Knowledge, member of Higher Advisory Committee of the Belarusian Social Association Sociological Society and international editorial council of scientific and theoretical journal Sociology, member of council on defending thesis of the Belarusian State University. Honorable Person of Education of the Republic of Belarus (2008), prize winner of the award named after V.I. Picheta of the Belarusian State University in 2009.
